IMAN 3.0
IMPROF’s flagship Mentorship and Networking Programme, or IMAN for short, is an individualized mentorship programme that aims to match prospective mentees to mentors based on their specific needs and interests.

Flexibility: For our 2024 run, interested mentees can sign up anytime between January till June, and the programme for each mentee would then start upon successfully matching with a mentor.
Individualization: The information collected from prospective mentees will be used to find a suitable match with a mentor in our network.
Enrichment: The mentorship programme will also be supplemented with quarterly workshops, designed to equip mentees with skill sets important in any profession. Potential topics include (but not limited to) the domains such as leadership, public speaking, resume writing and self-awareness. These workshops will be held either on-site or over virtual platforms.
Support: A relationship manager will be assigned to each mentor-mentee pair, who will be able to provide assistance whenever necessary.

The mentorship programme will be held over a period of 6 months, with at least 4 contact sessions held. We highly encourage mentees to continue their relationship with their mentors beyond the stipulated duration!

All youths below the age of 35, regardless of race or religion are welcome to join the programme.
